Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once processed, orders are shipped using standard or free shipping (as displayed at checkout).

Typical delivery timeframes are:

If a destination is not available, it will not appear as a shipping option during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in locating your shipment with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery

Send the photos and your order number to: infolichtberatung-prigge.de

Claims submitted without photographic evidence or after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
