Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period may not be eligible for a refund unless required by law.
Return Method
All returns must be sent by mail. We currently do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item
Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
Send the photos and your order details to: infolichtberatung-prigge.de
Valid claims will be eligible for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
