Cancel Order Policy

At Lichtberatung Prigge, we aim to process orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our cancellation policy below before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Timeframe

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us at:

Cancellation requests are subject to order processing status and cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Refund After Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved and the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval and will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.

I have not received my order yet. Can I cancel it and get a refund?

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

However, under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of delivery.

I entered an incorrect shipping address. Can I cancel the order?

Address changes are handled on a case-by-case basis:

If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order

If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the address
